Impregnated, Pre-compressed Foam Sealing Tape

illbruck TP601 Compriband e is an impregnated, open-cell polyurethane foam tape, pre-compressed and encapsulated within a polypropylene film. The outside of the film, along one edge of the tape, is fitted with a self-adhesive strip to aid positioning of the tape.

illbruck TP601 Compriband e can be applied on site or to pre-assembled components with activation during or after the site installation. The seal is activated by tearing along the film perforation, releasing the tape from its encapsulation and allowing it to expand naturally (acting like a spring) against the joint walls to form an effective external seal..

Typical Uses
illbruck TP601 Compriband e is designed for use as a 600 Pa weatherproof seal around windows, doors and similar building elements.
