With over 20 year experience in the energy efficiency arena working in both Ireland and Germany, Martin Cooney established Irish Energy Assessors in February 2008. 

Since then, the company has grown from strength with a strong customer base in the west and east of Ireland. 

Irish Energy Assessors specialises in Air Tightness Applications (SIGA membranes and tapes) and Air Permeability Pressure Testing for both residential and commercial buildings. We are registered on the SIGA web site of registered applicators. www.siga.ch   (contractor Martin Cooney)

Martin Cooney is also a registered BER assessor with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI registration 101658). 

Having spent years working in Germany in the construction sector on both residential and commercial projects, Martin has hands-on experience working with different methods of achieving air tightness.  On his return to Ireland, Martin established Irish Energy Assessors.
